Shipping and Returns - International

International Orders

• All orders $170+ qualify for free shipping 

We offer two shipping options: 

• Standard $7
• Air $20

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order. 

Returns 

• We offer a 14-day guarantee on all orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns by mail will have a $15 return shipping fee. Please feel free to reach out to help@tones.co if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to help!  
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.  
• Products marketed as Sale and Final Sale cannot be returned.

Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A Shipping Label will be emailed to you. Send back the returned goods via DHL. Please note, the returns labels expire within 10 days if unused.  

Prepaid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.  

Gift Cards 

Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not supported for international customers. If you have an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please reach out to help@tones.co. 

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 weeks.
