  • All orders $120+ qualify for free shipping.

    Returns Policy

    • We offer a 60-day guarantee on all orders within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free for all orders at any of our Return Bars and drop-off locations. Returns by mail will have a $3 return shipping fee. Please feel free to reach out to help@tones.co  you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to help!  
    • To see locations available for drop off, initiate your return, and select “Drop Off.” 
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.  
    • Products marketed as Final Sale cannot be returned.

    How To Send in your Return/Exchange 

     In person with Happy Returns  

    • Find a location near you. Thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide.  
    • Box-free, label-free contact-free. 
    • Refunds issued within 24 hours may take 3-5 business days to post to your banking institution.  
    • If a non-eligible item is dropped off with your products, please allow an additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.  

     Via Mail  

    • Package item(s) at home. 
    • $3 return label will be provided. 
    • Send via UPS/FedEx

      • Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days.  



      • In the event that you have mistakenly returned an item to tones that was not purchased from tones, please contact help@tones.co via email as soon as possible. While we will attempt to assist you with locating and recovering the non-tones item, tones cannot be held responsible for replacing, returning or otherwise compensating you for an non-tones items that you may have accidentally sent to tones.  

      Holiday Return Policy
      • All orders purchased between November 17th through December 31st may be returned up until January 15th, 2024.
      • Products must be returned or exchanged unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.
