  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to be processed before shipping.

  • All orders $150+ qualify for free shipping.

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 60-day guarantee on all orders within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free for all orders at any of our Return Bars and drop-off locations. Returns by mail will have a $3 return shipping fee. Please feel free to reach out to help@tones.co if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to help!  
  • To see locations available for drop off, initiate your return and select “Drop Off.” 
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.

      Seems small

      I ordered a 12-18 for my 13 month old, I won’t be getting much use as it looks really tiny. He is about 24 pounds and this was my first purchase, lesson learned to size up even more. Quality feels nice though
